Ex-PM inquiries about the reasons behind the three-member bench.

Nawaz Sharif called for the formation of a full court to hear the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)'s petition regarding the delay in elections to the Punjab Assembly. Nawaz Sharif, former prime minister and supremo of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN), called on a full court to hear a petition from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against the delay in elections to the Punjab Assembly on Friday.

Nawaz Sharif asked why the three-member bench was kept, despite numerous objections, and asked how the verdicts from such a contentious bench could be accepted. Nawaz Sharif voiced his concerns about the situation at a press conference in London, describing it as a "terrible joke" being played on Pakistanis. He encouraged the country to become alert to the seriousness of emergencies and said a few decisions are being censured as being made to work with 'one individual' as it were.

Sharif said the principal legal officer, a few adjudicators, and common society are requesting a full court to hear the political decision issue. This is not a trivial issue that can be ignored; rather, it is a significant issue with implications for the entire nation. He stated that the nation must determine the reason for the insistence on maintaining this three-member bench, which is strongly opposed by all parties.

Nawaz stated that given how contentious the current bench of three judges has become, how would its verdict be accepted or even respected?

Yet, he said, a decision by the full seat would be earnestly acknowledged. "I wonder why these three judges emerge every time to preside over the fate of the nation," Nawaz stated. Justices Nisar and Khosa, who were on the bench that disqualified me, have retired but remain. This appears to be a continuation of the 2017 episode, in my opinion.

Nawaz stated that he had heard that the chief justice became emotional and overwhelmed in the court today (Friday), and he thought it was good that it happened because of God's fear. Nawaz asserted that the courts value Imran Khan's confidence more than the nation's and that all decisions are made for him alone.

On suo motu sees, the PMLN supremo said regardless of disclosures made by Equity Shaukat Siddiqui and General Bajwa's plainly obvious articulations, no suo motu was taken. He stated that he intends to clarify the circumstances surrounding his disqualification as prime minister. He claimed that he was unfairly disqualified, but nobody immediately noticed the grave injustice. He stated that the decision was made for the benefit of a single individual and demanded answers from those accountable for his disqualification.

Nawaz claimed that the decision to remove him from his position was detrimental to the country's future. He inquired of retired Supreme Court judges Saqib Nisar and others as to why he (Nawaz) was refused entry. He demanded that they reveal the truth about the entire incident and examine his role. Nawaz Sharif asserted that they appear determined to impose their preferred verdicts on the nation.

He lamented Pakistan's debt-ridden situation and dependence on aid from abroad. In addition, he criticized the bad choices made by those in power, which have ruined the economy of the nation. He emphasized that the poor are compelled to sell their possessions to pay for their medical bills because they cannot afford medications.

Nawaz Sharif also expressed dissatisfaction with Pakistan's economy, noting that just a few years ago, Pakistan was on track to join the world's leading developed nations. The IMF had left the country. The population enjoyed prosperity in 2017 and the nation's foreign exchange reserves were at their highest point.

He continued, "However, we now find ourselves in a position where we are begging for one billion dollars." Today, the nation is forced to ask a friendly nation for money, including a recent request for one billion dollars.
